How much does a website with automation cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free discovery call, so you know the full price before anything starts. Automation can be added to a new site or to the one you already have.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
Yes, a WhatsApp Business account connected through the official API. We set it up with you and keep your existing number where possible.
Which AI do you use, and is my data safe?
We use leading models such as Claude, working only from content you approve. Conversations stay in your own accounts and CRM, and we follow GDPR for UK and EU clients.
Can the bot hand over to a real person?
Always. You set the rules, for example complaints, large bookings or anything the bot is unsure about. Your team gets the full conversation on WhatsApp.
Which CRM and email tools do you work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Airtable, Brevo, Mailchimp and most tools with an API. If you have none yet, we recommend one that fits your size and budget.
How long does a project take?
Around six weeks for a website with automation. Adding automation to an existing site usually takes two to three weeks.
